Co-351 DLC-A A is a custom blend of trimethylolpropane triacrylate and silicon dioxide. The monomer is stabilized with MEHQ. Application include vinyl acrylic latex paints, photopolymer (electronics), lithographic, offset, and screen printing inks, exterior architectural paint bases, wood fillers, release coatings, and pressure-sensitive adhesives.
Co-500 DLC-A is an acrylic crosslinking agent, silicon-dioxide blend for peroxide curing of BR, CR, EPDM, NBR, IR, SBR. It is similar to Co-350 DLC-A, but scorch free.

Co-519 DLC-A A is a pre-dispersion of a trifunctional crosslinking agent on silicon dioxide. It is a free-flowing powder and contains a non-nitroso inhibitor package for scorch resistance. It is used for low color, medium functionality, and low staining in applications such as elastomers, plastisols, sealants, and TPE.
Co-521 DLC-A is a cross-linking agent, silicon-dioxide blend. It is a difunctional, low color, low staining, scorch retarding aid which contains a nonnitroso inhibitor package. When incorporated into peroxide cured natural and synthetic rubber systems, it improves mechanical and performance properties, as well as retards scorch.

DBP DLC-A is a dibutyl phthalate, silicon-dioxide blend polyisobutylene plasticizer for NR, SBR, CR, NBR, IR and IIR. It gives rapid incorporation, aids dispersion of fillers, and reduces pigment requirements in colored stocks.
DEG DLC-A is a diethylene glycol-silicon dioxide blend used to adjust cure when significant quantities of non-black fillers are used. Rapid incorporation.
DHIN DLC is a blend of Diisononyl Ester and Micro-Cel E. The chemical name is 1,2-cyclohexane dicarboxylic acid dispersed on calcium silicate. DHIN DLC is an easily dispersed and free-flowing powder developed for use as a plasticizer in applications sensitive to exposure and toxicological issues. It is suitable for use with PVC and other polar polymers and is compatible with all of the monomeric plasticizers. Compared to dispersions of DOP and DINP, DHIN DLC offers improved low temperature performance.
DOA DLC-A A is a di(2-ethylhexyl) adipate, silicon-dioxide blend plasticizer for NR, NBR, CR, and chlorinated PE. It gives good low temperature properties, excellent incorporation and easy handling.
DOP DLC-A is a Di-octyl phthalate-silicon dioxide blend plasticizer for NR, SBR, IIR, IR, polyisobutylenes and chlorinated polyethylenes. Large additions may retard cure slightly. Incorporates rapidly; reduces pigment requirements in color stocks; aid filler incorporation.

E

EPDM10 DLC-A is a free-flowing powder made by combining Trilene liquid polymer and silicon dioxide. The blend is nominally 68% EPDM polymer and 32% silica. It is available as a dry, free-flowing powder that is easy to measure, store and transfer. DLC incorporates quickly and thoroughly into various elastomer systems, and gives quality and processing advantages when compared to neat polymer. Trilene 65 DLC-A is effective in EPDM, BR, NR, SBR and other elastomers.
Epoxy Resin DLC-A is a blend of silica and Epoxy Resin. When cross-linked or hardened with appropriate curing agents, excellent mechanical, adhesive, electrical and chemical resistance properties are obtained. It is a standard for epoxy resin for formulation and fabrication.
Extra Hard Pitch is a thermoplastic, acidic resin. It has a high softening point and amber color, and is a product of the naval stores industry obtained during the separation and refining of resins and terpenes extracted from pinewood. Extra Hard Pitch is composed of rosin-type resin acids, oxidized and modified forms of these resins, and neutral and colored constituents associated with dark rosin. Extra Hard Pitch is suggested as a close replacement for gum rosin type products.

MARO DLC-A is a methyl acetyl ricinolate silicon dioxide blend plasticizer and processing aid for low temperature specification rubber compounds. Low volatility.

Natro-Cel 100N-A is a naphthenic petroleum oil, silicon-dioxide blend plasticizer for NR, CR, SBR, EPM, EPDM, NBR, IR, IIR, and polyisobutylenes. It gives exceptionally fast incorporation; aids filler dispersion, and reduces pigment in colored stock.
Natro-Cel 1312-A is a nitrile rubber, silicon-dioxide blend plasticizer for nitrile rubber compounds requiring improved flow and knitting. It is non-extractable, non-staining, and usually used at 5-14 parts. Its effect on cure can be ignored. At higher levels additional sulfur or accelerator may be necessary (0.5 sulfur per 10 parts liquid Nipol 1312).
Natro-Cel 150N-A is a petroleum hydrocarbon, silicon-dioxide blend. Calight RPO DLC-A is compatible with synthetic elastomers and their additives. Compatibility increases with naphthenic content and this increases viscosity-gravity constants, aromatic levels and lowers aniline points. Stability to color degradation and resistance to oxidation and aging requires that the level of polar or heterocyclic aromatics containing nitrogen, sulfur, and oxygen be kept to a minimum.
Natro-Cel 200-A-65 is a mixed diaryl p-phenylenediamine, silicon-dioxide blend. It is soluble in natural rubber and plastics.
Natro-Cel 2280P-A is a paraffinic process oil silicon dioxide blend plasticizer for NR, IR, EPDM, and EPR. Excellent incorporation and easy handling.
Natro-Cel 2400N-A is a dispersion of naphthenic process oil on silicon dioxide. It is compatible with synthetic elastomers and their additives. Natro-Cel 2400N-A exhibits a balance of properties that make it the preferred choice for non-rubber applications as well. For example; resin extending, PVC, textiles, caulking compounds and other applications.
Natro-Cel 6102-A is a naval stores-based NR, SR plasticizer, softener. Aids extrusions and processing; renders stocks tacky. Has no effect on cure rate. Prevents scorch.

Natro-Cel C60-A-78 is a low viscosity high chlorine content chlorinated paraffin absorbed on silicon dioxide. Because of its excellent heat stability and compatibility this produce is widely used in PVC formulations as a plasticizer to increase flame retardancy. Natro-Cel C60-A-78 with Its high chlorine content and low viscosity makes an excellent choice for many cutting oil applications. This product also finds many applications in the paint, rubber and fabric coating industries.
Natro-Cel P875-A is a mercaptan terminated polythioether polymer, silicon-dioxide blend designed for use in room temperature curing, high performance sealants, coatings and adhesives. Permapol P875 DLC-A is particularly suited for formulations where higher service temperatures, improved low temperature flexibility, and resistance to hydrocarbon fluids are desired.

Natro-Tac T-50 is a blend of TAC and and solvent used in adhesives and allied industries. The TAC is a trifunctional coagent. The solvent is toluene. The two components are blended at near-ambient conditions and drummed at 400 lb net.
Natro-Tar 588 is Pine Tar and is equivalent to natural pine tar in most applications. It is manufactured under closely controlled conditions to ensure quality and uniformity. Applications for which it is suitable include cordage and fish nets; as a preservative and fiber lubricant; as a waterproofing medium for tarpaulins, paper, special lubricants, insecticides and paints; in authentic shipbuilding; in tree surgical uses and many others. Rapeseed Oil DLC-A is a vegetable oil, silicon-dioxide blend that is easy to handle and disperses readily in various elastomeric systems. Rapeseed Oil DLC-A is a safe, effective plasticizer supplied as a convenient free-flowing powder.

Silane NX DLC is a proprietary thiocarboxylate functional silane on synthetic calcium silicate. Uses include sulfur-cure compounding with the ability to achieve excellent dynamic properties at low temperatures (-20?C to +5?C) and reduce small strain non-linearity. Silane NX DLC can also be used in high temp mixing without causing viscosity increase or premature vulcanization. Reduces scorch when compared to other silanes.

T

T-Sol 185H is a blend of tackifying resins and toluene.
TAC DLC-A is a triallyl cyanurate, silicon-dioxide blend accelerator for EPM and co-agent for peroxide-cured EP polymers. It reduces cure time, eliminates odor caused by sulfur co-agent, improves heat aging and compression set resistance. Material will freeze and re-mass at ambient temperatures <75?F. Store at 80?F - 90?F. If frozen, product should be warmed to 80?F before use to achieve free-flowing state.
TAIC DLC is a blend of triallyl isocyanurate and calcium silicate used as a coagent in peroxide cured systems. It enhances cure rate and state, and provides improved batch-to-batch cure rate consistency.

TEA DLC-A is a triethanolamine, silicon-dioxide blend activator for NR and SBR. It neutralizes clay acidity and is rapidly incorporated. Add directly. Avoid skin contact.
