Atlas Burgundy Pitch
is a rosin pitch blended from gum rosin to meet softening point and acid number specifications. The term pitch usually connotes a product that is a residuum of still bottoms. Rosin pitches contain no residuum products. Atlas Burgundy Pitch is used as an adhesive and rubber additive. It is formulated from high quality, closely controlled raw materials and made to meet acid number and softening point specifications.

Extra Hard Pitch
is a thermoplastic, acidic resin. It has a high softening point and amber color, and is a product of the naval stores industry obtained during the separation and refining of resins and terpenes extracted from pinewood. Extra Hard Pitch is composed of rosin-type resin acids, oxidized and modified forms of these resins, and neutral and colored constituents associated with dark rosin. Extra Hard Pitch is suggested as a close replacement for gum rosin type products.
